In fact, we start off with a bang with the very first set of four concurrent workshops at 10 a.m.

In the Metro West workshop room at 10 a.m. on Monday, you’ll find Paul Potratz, COO of Potratz Advertising, presenting his session, titled “8 Easy Steps to Double Your Leads, Without Doubling Your Budget!” Potratz will offer steps for turning free traffic into the best leads and sales opportunities you have ever received.

At the same time, in Metro East, Cathie Clark, performance consultant with IA-SAL, will offer insight into how to maximize your F&I department with her presentation, “Double Your Front-End Used-Car Department Gross with Customer-Focused F&I.”

Also at 10 a.m. on Monday, you’ll find Heather MacKinnon, VP of National Accounts for DealerRater, in the Frontenac workshop room, offering insight into how to make the most the relationship-building opportunities offered by social media. Her presentation is titled “Engage Customers and Employees Through Online Reviews and Social.”

The fourth workshop taking place in the 10 a.m. time slot on Monday is “Residual Value Forecasting — Insights from Ice Level,” from Geoff Helby, Canada regional director at ALG Canada. Helby, in the Queens Quay workshop room, will offer insights and analysis of the present and future impacts on residual values.
